Returns and refunds

1. Final Sale for Custom Items

At InkedUp, every item is custom-crafted or printed specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of these products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items with custom text, logos, or personalized engravings.
  • Event-specific apparel (e.g., Class Reunion shirts).
  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We highly encourage you to review our size charts and double-check any custom text for spelling before finalizing your order.

2. Quality Guarantee & Printing Concerns

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer standard returns, we are committed to providing a high-quality product. If there is a physical defect in the item or an error in the printing/engraving that differs from your approved order, we want to make it right.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Please email us at [Your Email] with your order number and a clear photo of the concern.
  • If a manufacturing error is verified, we will provide a replacement or a partial credit at our discretion.

3. Sizing & Fit

Because we use specific garment brands for our apparel, fits may vary between styles. If you are unsure about a fit, please reach out to us before ordering. Once an item is printed, we cannot swap it for a different size.

4. Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the production process has begun (e.g., the garment has been prepped or the laser files have been set), we can no longer cancel the order.
