Standard Custom Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to design and craft your custom items (apparel or laser-engraved goods) before they are shipped.

Reunion/Bulk Orders: For specific events like class reunions, orders are processed in batches. Please refer to the Order Deadline on the product page.
